Refund Policy - the basics

Return & Refund Policy

Soulistic Kindreds Massage and Bodyworks provides professional mobile massage and assisted stretch services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. No Returns on Services Rendered

Massage and stretch services are experiential and time-based services. Once a service has been completed, it is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

2. Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we may address your concerns.

At our sole discretion, we may offer:

• A partial refund

• A service credit

• A complimentary adjustment session

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because appointments require travel and reserved time, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

We reserve the right to require a deposit for future bookings after a late cancellation or no-show.

4. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late or is not available at the scheduled appointment time:

• The session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining scheduled time.

• The full service fee may still apply.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Payments processed through Wix are subject to Wix’s payment processing timelines and policies.

6. Gift Certificates & Prepaid Packages

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.

• Expiration dates may apply where permitted by law.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Soulistic Kindreds Massage and Bodyworks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if client behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or violates professional boundaries. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
