I acknowledge that I must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, or discomfort prior to and during my sessions.
I understand that I may stop or modify the session at any time.
I release and hold harmless the therapist from any claims or liability arising from these services, except in cases of gross negligence.
For mobile sessions, I agree to provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment. I understand that inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
